The trademarks Shopify, Amazon, Zalando, ASOS, Miinto, Spartoo, BRT, GLS, SDA, Poste Italiane and Zebra belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to indicate the platform's interoperability.
Information about the site
The information, prices and features published are for information purposes; the binding offer is the one formalised in quotes and signed contracts. Great Start reserves the right to update the price list, without prejudice to the validity of issued quotes for their period of validity.
The metrics stated (order capture times, label printing times, margin thresholds, target return rate) describe the platform's behaviour under the standard operating conditions configured during onboarding.
Billing
Invoices are issued by GREAT START LTD, a company based in the United Kingdom. For business customers in the European Union the invoice is issued without VAT and the tax is accounted for by the customer in their own country in accordance with local rules on the purchase of services from foreign suppliers.
Limitation of liability
Great Start is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to the user's mandatory rights.
