A store is your own channel (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento…); a marketplace is a third-party sales channel (Amazon, Zalando, ASOS, eBay…).
Nothing is blocked: you get a warning and an upgrade suggestion. Only above 120% for two consecutive months can you not connect new channels until you upgrade.
Yes, immediately: you only pay the difference for the remaining days of the current period.
Yes, from the following month, if you are within the limits of the destination plan.
Grants require a multi-year investment billed in a single invoice: that's the Omnichannel plan with a 36-month term.
UK-based supplier: invoices are issued without VAT with reverse charge for EU businesses; a valid VAT number is required.
Yes, for Starter and Pro; no charge for the first 14 days.
From the customer portal, at any time, effective at the end of the month; no automatic renewal on multi-year plans.
It always remains exportable as CSV and available for 30 days after termination.
Yes, on all three plans.
All prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT. Monthly plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time; 12, 24 and 36-month plans never renew automatically. Price list in effect from August 2026.
